JB Computer Services, Inc. offers a remote support service that will provide a quick resolution to the problems you are experiencing.  It allows one of our expert technicians to assist you remotely without the need to wait for an onsite visit to your location.  This is a paid service that is available during normal business hours.

The cost of the remote support service is as follows:
$50 (USD) minimum fee for 1 – 30 minutes
$25 (USD) additional fee per each 15 minute time block thereafter

Billing times will be rounded up to the next to the next higher time block if amount if any portion of that time block has been used.  For example, a 38 minute remote support call will be billed at $75.

Our tech support personnel must be expecting your connection before this program will work. Please do not initiate remote support sessions without first calling our office at (407) 478-5800 for approval.

How to get started with your remote support session:

  • Call the the JB Computer Services, Inc. office at (407) 478-5800 during normal business hours to schedule your remote support session.  If you receive our voicemail message, please leave a brief message with your contact information.  Our technicians may be on another line with a customer when you call.
  • During the support call, the technician will ask you to click the blue “Click here to begin…” button at the top of this page.
  • You will then be given a 5-digit session code.  Enter this code into the white box in the center of your screen and then press the Enter key.
  • Your Internet browser will begin downloading the ConnectWise remote support program.  Please Run, Open or double click the file to activate your remote support session.
  • If a “User Account Control” window appears asking “Do you want to allow the app to make changes to your device?”, please click “Yes”.
  • The technician will then be able to view your screen and work with you remotely to resolve the issue(s).
  • Once the remote support session has ended, the remote support program will be closed and the technician will not have any further access to your computer.
  • Payment arrangements can be made at the end of the call to pay online by credit card.
