JBCS Remote Support Service
JB Computer Services, Inc. offers remote support services for our customers. This remote support service can provide a quick resolution to problems that you are experiencing without the need to wait for a technician to arrive at your location.
Our tech support personnel must be expecting your connection before this program will work. Please do not initiate remote support sessions without calling our office first for approval.
- The JBCS technician will provide you with a 5-digit code. Enter this code into the white box in the center of your screen and then press the Enter key.
- A file will begin downloading and will appear on your screen. Please run, open or double click the file to activate your remote support session.
- If a “User Account Control” window appears asking “Do you want to allow the app to make changes to your device?”, please click “Yes”.
- The technician will then be able to view your screen and work with you remotely to resolve the issue(s).
- Once the remote support session has ended, the remote support program should be closed and the technician will not have any further access to your computer.
